The Bluebeards Revenge Big Blue Bar of Soap (175g), £4.99
This is exactly what it looks like – a big blue bar of soap. At £4.99 you might think this is a little pricey for a brick of soap, but trust me, this will last you ages! Whether you’d rather bath or shower, this versatile cleansing product can be used all over the body, and will save you buying new liquid cleansers for a few weeks, even maybe a few months? Also, the scent is great which is a bonus and it doesn’t feel harsh on the skin. So just lather up and soap away! It also looks great, so blue…
The Bluebeards Revenge Cooling Moisturiser (100ml), £9.99
Our favourite product out of these – it just smells so divine! That delicious smell also lasts for a very long time too, which is a good factor seeing as some scented moisturisers don’t even last half a day. It tingles a little at first to give a cool, soothing feeling and creates wonderfully smooth skin. A little goes a long way too, so no need to use a lot at a time.
The Bluebeards Revenge Eco-Warrior roll-on Deodorant (50ml), £3
We’re a sucker for a good fragrance or deo body spray, but sometimes you’ve just got to grab a roll-on. Not only is it much better for the environment, but it means you’re not choking on the fumes either! This one does its job, and is now my go-to in the morning and it also has a place in my bag during the day (y’know, for those stressful sweaty times at VanityHype HQ, ha ha!). At £3, it doesn’t cost a lot, and I always think roll-ons last longer than a spray.
[VERDICT]: I think we’ve got a new favourite brand here! The products are good quality which smell great too, and they do exactly what they’re meant to. The only downer is the packaging. There’s a lot of ‘Women hands-off!’ going on all over their branding and website (we get it! It’s for men…) but it starts to feel a little ‘lad culture’, and I’m sure people are trying to get away from that! And I know it’s tongue-in-cheek, but there’s a lot of ‘Real men do this…’ when really, we should be embracing that all men are different. However, we do like the fact they’re creating awareness for prostate cancer on the inside of their boxes! All in all, a thumbs up from VanityHype!
