The reason to why I started working out is very simple. Throughout school I was always the person who got pushed aside, the person who nobody bothered to call to see if they wanted to hang out. I can remember running home from school every night to go home and play computer games because at the time, that’s what made me happy, then I got sick of it and wanted to change. That’s where the gym came into my life, and since then, I’ve never looked back! It’s the best thing I’ve ever chosen to do.
I train religiously 6 days a week. I train [separately] chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. Then on the 6th day – HIIT training along with calves and abs. I’ve been training now for about 3/4 years. I’ve been dieting for just over 2 years now, and I don’t struggle to stick at it! If I ever crave junk food – pizza, chocolate etc, I just think, why did I start dieting in the first place? I’ve done so well up to now, why stop now?
When it comes to girls, I’m really not too bothered. As long as they’re someone I’d love to spend each and every day with and, let’s be honest, attractive too, that’s good enough for me! Also if they squat, that’s the icing on top of the cake!
