The album ‘Our Version of Events’ is already on its way to reaching triple platinum, and now 8 months after the release and a sold out 2012 tour approaching, Emeli Sande has announced a 2013 tour to celebrate the release of the special edition version of the album which is out today. This edition has five extra tracks and comes in a newly designed card slipcase. To mark her time of being the only artist asked to perform on the opening and closing Olympic ceremonies this year, it includes her John Lennon cover of ‘Imagine’, plus tracks with Naughty Boy ‘Wonder’ and Labrinth ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’.
The 2013 tour kicks off in Birmingham on the 16th March and includes a date at London’s Hammersmith Apollo. Tickets are on sale from 9am this Friday 26th October and you can buy them here.
