Girls Aloud Announce 2013 Tour

The UK’s number one all female group Girls Aloud are back in 2013 to celebrate the work they have done over the past ten years, along with a single and album release this year. Ten years?! I know, we were the same. It only feels like yesterday when we where watching ITV’s Popstars: The Rivals (remember One True Voice?)
The single ‘Something New’ will be released on November 18th as the official single for BBC Children In Need 2012 and will be followed by a greatest hits album titled ‘Ten’. The album is a collection of singles throughout their ten years together, plus four new songs the girls have worked on.
There will also be a deluxe edition of the album which will include a second disc with songs voted by the fans to appear on it. The songs can be chosen from their full back catalogue, plus the b-sides. Voting begins at 12:30 today (19th October) until Sunday October 21st at midnight.
Pandora are the official tour sponsor meaning each member has designed their own Pandora bracelet which reflects their personality and story. You can see these in their video for ‘Something New’!
Catch them performing the single for the first time on the 16th November on BBC Children In Need.
Tickets for the tour which kicks off in Newcastle on the 21st February go on sale at 9am on Friday 26th October. You can buy tickets here or here. They are priced at £37.50/ £42.50 (regionally) and £42.50 and £49.50 (London) subject to booking fee.
